Estates Community Manager

NIFHA - Northern Ireland Federation of Housing Association is currently seeking a Estates Contract Officer to join their team in the Northern Ireland region.
Job OverviewThis role is responsible for providing excellent customer service to tenants, addressing anti-community behaviour and issues, and working closely with voluntary, community, and statutory agencies.
The ideal candidate will have a good general level of education, at least 5 GCSE's or equivalent, and experience working within a local community environment. They will also possess a current full driving licence and access to suitable transport.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver housing support services to tenants and contribute to building sustainable communities.
- Address anti-community behaviour and issues in partnership with relevant agencies.
- Work collaboratively with voluntary, community, and statutory agencies to achieve common goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, colleagues, and external partners.
NIFHA offers a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a contributory pension scheme, health cash plan, employee health checks, and a Cycle to Work scheme.
The estimated annual salary for this role is £30,000, based on national averages and the company's location in Northern Ireland.
