Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Neighbourhood Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our tenants and help build sustainable communities.

As a Neighbourhood Officer, you will be responsible for delivering a range of housing support services, helping to ensure that our properties and estates are clean and safe. You will act as a key interface with tenants, providing advice and guidance on various issues, and work closely with other agencies to address anti-community behaviour and promote community development.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a good general level of education, including at least 5 GCSEs or equivalent, and at least 1 year's experience of working within a local community environment. You should also have relevant recent experience in a housing/social/care/welfare caretaking role, as well as awareness and recent experience of issues impacting on community development and knowledge of Housing Associations and services provided.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25,119 - £27,799 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including great on-job training, a contributory pension scheme, and a health cash plan.
