About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Manager - Events to join our team at Metapack. As an Events Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing event marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute Metapack's EMEA presence at industry conferences, events, and in-house events
  • Develop, manage, and execute event marketing campaigns for Metapack's brands in line with business objectives
  • Project manage multiple events from start to finish, including venue and vendor sourcing, timelines, and budget management
  • Lead multiple events and webinars from promotion to execution, including all event management aspects and performance tracking
  • Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and product team members to ensure alignment with our event strategy and performance
  • Create detailed event briefs and post-event reports to summarize results and recommendations

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in delivering event management, project managing large-scale events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns
  • Comprehensive project management skills, able to multitask and manage multiple projects at a time
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, including written, interpersonal, and public speaking
  • Ability to meet multiple concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of initiative and follow-through
  • Proven track record and rounded knowledge of marketing channels, inclusive of digital marketing, to achieve desired results
