Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate referrals with local authorities and foster families to ensure effective matching.
  • Manage the referral system, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Prioritize the safety and well-being of children, working closely with social workers and foster parents.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with local authorities, promoting FCA's services and resources.
  • Assess and understand the needs of children requiring foster care, collaborating with social workers and foster parents to ensure suitable matches.
