Technical Product Manager for FAS Common Pipelines

About the Technical Product Owner Role

This position will drive the development and implementation of common FAS data pipelines for International FAS. You will work closely with stakeholders across three regions: Americas, Europe, and APAC, to identify common requirements and deliver solutions that meet regional needs in a timely manner. Collaboration with Corporate Systems' Marketing Technology team will be essential to set the roadmap for ingesting 3rd party data sources and supporting International FAS teams.

About the FAS Common Pipelines Team

The team will be co-led by the Technical Product Manager & Technical Lead (based in APAC) and will include offshore engineering resources. You will be empowered to define the collaboration strategy, with flexibility to work real-time with APAC resources. Current pipelines include CRM, Adobe Analytics, ON24, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, while future sources will include additional Marketing Technologies like Kaltura, Google Analytics, and social data.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead technical product management activities for multiple technical products, or one strategic technical product.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive best practices and significant change to the client experience.
  3. Coach technical product teams towards best practices and learnings, ensuring delivery of messaging, communication, and customer outreach.
  4. Partner with stakeholders to resolve production and implementation issues, supporting escalations to enable rapid delivery.
  5. Lead the planning, development, and implementation of new technical products, defining and analyzing technical markets, developing product features and requirements, and implementation plans.
  6. Employ qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience.
  7. Participate in ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.
  8. Participate in the team's engineering practices in development, continuous integration, and automated deployment.

Requirements

  1. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to support negotiation, conflict resolution, and prioritization discussions.
  2. Experience gathering requirements and challenging existing ways of thinking to identify efficient design methods.
  3. Strong problem-solving capabilities and demonstrated experience working independently or in a team, handling tasks with analytical skills.
  4. In-depth experience working as a Business Analyst in the data and analytics field, delivering insightful analysis and reporting solutions.
  5. SQL knowledge and practical experience of data exploration, data quality analysis, testing, and data reconciliation.
  6. Knowledge of ERD, Data Modelling, and Data Warehouse principles.
  7. Demonstrated ability to self-manage competing priorities, with high attention to detail and organization.
  8. Experience participating in SCRUM-Agile based teams.
