Head of Growth Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious Head of Growth to drive the strategic growth of our digital marketing agency. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities across our existing sector base and new target sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Business Development Strategies: Analyse market data to understand client needs and preferences, and tailor business development strategies accordingly.
  • New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish relationships with potential clients, partners, and key people of influence.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing business development team, coach, mentor, and develop team members.
  • Client Relationships: Work closely with the marketing, content, and client delivery teams to align business development activities with marketing campaigns and client needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Skills: Proven track record of securing high-value contracts and achieving revenue targets, proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools.
