A key member of the overall commercial team, this role is responsible for building awareness, driving demand and managing the pipeline for Peak. You will have a proven track record as a data-driven and results-oriented demand generation manager gained at B2B software companies, familiar with marketing to larger organisations. The position reports to the VP of Marketing, and works closely with Sales and SDR leadership.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and execute a data-driven demand generation strategy, with integrated programs that include a blend of inbound and outbound, one-to-many and target account (ABM) approaches
- Collaboratively build the local demand models and determine the number of SQLs that need to be delivered by marketing to ensure the required pipeline coverage in support of company ARR targets
- Work closely with the sales development (SDR), sales and partner functions to create and run programs to drive leads from targeted accounts, while keeping them informed of marketing programs and activities
- Constantly monitor all marketing-sourced leads, ensuring they are scored, followed up on and nurtured in line with Peak's sales process
- Working with the Campaign Manager, localise and execute global campaigns including creating and managing data and working with the Digital Marketing Manager to distribute campaigns
- Orchestrate Peak's presence at local industry, trade, sales prospecting, and other events to build in-market presence, brand and leads
- Track, measure, analyse and report on effectiveness of all demand creation programs and impact on pipeline, making recommendations for future programs and investments
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors as appropriate through program strategy, execution and tracking
- Facilitate outcome oriented communication between marketing and sales teams through frequent, consistent and effective interaction
- Work with Peak's partners, sharing marketing plans, leveraging appropriate content and running joint campaigns towards agreed objectives
- Maintain a knowledge of industry best practices and innovative techniques to consistently test, report on, iterate, and improve digital campaign performance - aiming to increase the volume of ICP leads, reduce acquisition costs, improve return on investment, and improve conversion rates

**What you'll need to bring to Peak**
- Extensive experience with a successful track record of working in demand generation within high-growth software companies
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing marketing campaigns cost effectively with clear ROI focused metrics
- Able to build and maintain standards and processes across the sales and marketing funnel and across multiple marketing channels
- Has a working knowledge of digital marketing with experience across web site management, search marketing, social media and content marketing
- Curiosity and the ability to "think bigger" as we look for areas to accelerate and invest more in to scale and grow quicker as a business - an iterative mindset is a must
- The ability to develop and maintain ongoing data quality and lead hygiene processes
- Understanding of and familiarity with running effective campaigns using technology such as Salesforce, Pardot or similar software
- Knowledge of and proven experience in events both online and offline
- Experience of working closely with sales and sales development teams, able to represent marketing effectively, while delivering supporting content and tools to enable sales success in a timely manner
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation and analytical skills; good financial management skills
- Ability to work independently, while also contributing as a team player; willing to experiment with new ideas, concepts, tools and approaches to marketing and business development using outcome based metrics to demonstrate success
