About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Document Production Workflow Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position, working remotely with occasional office visits as business needs require.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise workflow for GBS DP teams in London, Delhi, Hyderabad, and Newcastle to provide a 24-7 global service.
  • Lead and deliver efficient and accurate workflow, championing quality and consistency.
  • Administer the workflow tool, Elevate, and coordinate operational activities.
  • Work seamlessly with the Firm's document management system, iManage, for document retrieval and return.
  • Manage estimating, deadlines, capacity planning, and allocating tasks to Document Production Specialists.
  • Apply software knowledge to troubleshoot and ensure accurate prioritization and judgement.
  • Lead client communications, including queries, job logging, and project monitoring.
  • Ensure accurate prioritization and judgement, including QC'ing across all GBS Hubs.
  • Capture information within Elevate, GBS Tracker, and other ad hoc spreadsheets/databases.
