Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Project Manager to join our team at Clear Line Limited. As a leading Principal Contractor, we specialize in the design, supply, installation, refurbishment, and maintenance of curtain walling & cladding projects.

With a turnover in excess of £50m and a secured order book for the following 24 months, we are looking for Project Managers to join our existing highly skilled team. The successful candidates will possess an exceptional level of knowledge of the facade/building envelope industry and have a proven record of continually leading and delivering landmark projects within budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take overall responsibility for the successful execution of the project
  • Take full responsibility for the site financial budget, requiring commercial acumen
  • Ensure the Project team fully understands the design and specification requirements of the Project, with full compliance maintained from site commencement through to handover
  • Liaise directly with the design team to discuss potential issues, and with procurement teams to ensure orders are placed and delivered to site in accordance with the project programme to maintain undisrupted progress on site
  • Notification of delays, including cause and effect analysis
  • Maintain high levels of health & safety throughout the project

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of construction experience with at least 5 years experience working as a Site/Project Manager
  • Extensive experience working on major projects (value ranging from £10 million to £25 million plus) with a proven continual history of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Proficient in operating AutoCAD and Revit software
  • Previous experience working alongside or within a design office and a full understanding of the fabrication processes
  • Detailed understanding of fire engineering
  • Hold SMSTS card

Desirable Qualifications:

  • A relevant qualification in Project Management (Degree, Masters, CIOB, HND or equivalent)
