We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Kier Group, based in the UK.

This is a permanent, full-time position with flexible and part-time hours available if desired.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of site-based delivery teams and relevant areas of the supply chain to drive timely completion of projects, safely and within budget.

You will coach and mitigate underperformance of site team members to reduce the possibility of conflict and optimize performance and ensure the right culture in team development.

Ensure all initiatives are supported and implemented with minimal disruption by understanding preliminary and detailed design/project requirements and solutions.

You will work closely with the Framework manager and program planners to proactively manage the framework performance.

This role is ideal for individuals with:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, with proven experience working within a main contractor civil engineering environment.
  • EUSR Water Hygiene, CSCS card, and SSSTS certifications.
  • Experience within a similar role within the Water Industry.
  • A Full Driving Licence.
