Biotech Sales and Development Director

We are seeking a Biotech Sales and Development Director to join our team at Pop Science. This is an excellent opportunity to drive new business, nurture client relationships, and refine our sales strategies as we continue to scale into regions like EMEA and US.
As a key player in our Commercial team, you will be responsible for expanding our footprint within the Clinical Trials segment. This role requires a strong network in Market Access and Health Outcomes Research or Clinical Trials.
Success in this role will come from your ability to navigate complex sales cycles, engage with key C-level stakeholders in the biotech/pharma sphere, and bring valuable insights from the field to help shape our go-to-market approach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts to expand Coronado's customer base in the Mid-Market biotech segments, driving the company towards ambitious revenue growth targets, winning key net new logos.
- Support the operational success and efficiency of the commercial team by improving processes and materials as we grow and expand.
- Execute complex sales cycles with mid-six to seven-figure annual contract values.
- Develop and implement data-driven forecasting, goal setting, and measuring key leading indicators, using frameworks such as BANT or MEDDICC.
- Contribute to the development of go-to-market playbooks and strategies as the business grows.
The estimated salary for this role is £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
