Construction Skills Instructor

We are seeking an accomplished Construction Skills Instructor to deliver high-quality training and assessment in Building Services/Heating & Ventilation trade at our esteemed partner college in Cambridge.
This full-time role offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including an estimated salary of £45,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities- Demonstrate expertise in Building Services/Heating & Ventilation trade, delivering instruction and assessment that meets industry standards.
- Mentor apprentices in developing their knowledge, skills, and behaviours, ensuring successful programme completion.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum content, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
- Proven experience in construction training and assessment, with a focus on Building Services/Heating & Ventilation trade.
- Excellent instructional and assessment skills, with ability to adapt to changing needs.
- Familiarity with Ofsted guidelines and quality assurance processes.
