Job Role: Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Jenrick Engineering. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on a variety of equipment, including conveyor systems, ovens, fryers, check weighers, metal detectors, forming machines, robotics, and packaging lines.
  • Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with production staff to ensure seamless equipment operation and optimize production efficiency.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in a manufacturing environment, with a strong background in electrical and mechanical maintenance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with production staff.
  • Ability to work a 4on 4off shift pattern, including days and nights.

  • A competitive hourly rate of £39 (LTD).
