Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary:

As a Territory Sales Manager at Straumann Group, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue within your assigned territory. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identify new business opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue within your territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and business objectives

Requirements:

• 3+ years of sales experience in the dental industry
• Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
