About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at 2000 SPTS Technologies Limited. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble complex processing equipment, adhering to strict quality standards and manufacturing methods.
  • Provide expert assembly knowledge and support to production teams, ensuring high-quality products are delivered on time.
  • Conduct vacuum leak checking of finished products, maintaining the highest standards of quality assurance.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain meticulous records, ensuring compliance with quality and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with quality and production engineering teams to drive continuous improvement and optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to safety procedures and departmental rules and regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven mechanical experience in a similar role or environment.
  • Successful completion of a mechanical-based course in a hands-on engineering trade (ideally).
  • Flexible work ethic, with ability to work overtime and shifts as required.
  • Excellent time management and commitment to meeting targets.
  • Ability to use initiative and work independently.
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with colleagues.
  • Team player with good attention to detail, ensuring high production standards and efficiency.
  • Good analytical skills, with logical approach to problem-solving.
  • Confident in reading technical mechanical and electrical diagrams.
