Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Mail Courier Assistant to join our team in Swindon. The successful candidate will deliver mail and parcels to customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely delivery of mail items.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role requires walking for long periods and working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver mail and parcels to customers within the designated area
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve delivery targets
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and report any issues to the supervisor

Requirements and Benefits

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
