Personalised Support Specialist

We are looking for passionate and compassionate individuals to join our team as Community Care Workers in Swindon. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of adults by providing them with the support they need to thrive in their own homes.
As a Community Care Worker, your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality care that is tailored to meet the unique needs and wishes of each client. This will involve assisting with daily tasks to ensure comfort and dignity, providing companionship, live-in care, promoting independence, medication support, and specialist clinical care.
To succeed in this role, you will require a minimum of 6 months of professional care experience or experience caring for a loved one in the UK, with the ability to assist clients with limited mobility comfortably. A valid driver's licence and reliable access to a personal vehicle are also essential.
We offer a competitive salary range of £13.70-£19.89 per hour, depending on shift and role, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow and develop your skills.
