Job Title: Operational Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to lead our operational delivery in Cheltenham.

This role presents an opportunity for a Contract Manager looking to be part of something new and innovative, supported by Ian Williams.

The salary for this position is estimated at £60,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the level of experience required.

About the Role:
  • Lead the operational delivery of a kitchen and bathroom contract with a direct labour team.
  • Instill ownership and responsibility in your teams to support the successful delivery of works to the expected standards, on time and to budget.
  • Ensure Health and Safety measures are in place and monitored.
  • Build relationships both internally and externally to ensure commercial and operational teams work closely together to deliver contracts successfully.
Your Skills:
  • Relevant experience in a similar role within the housing refurbishment sector, specifically running kitchen and bathroom programs.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing direct labour, including development and performance management of a team.
  • An understanding of cost and risk management, as well as working to budgets.
  • An SMSTS qualification (preferred) with a sound working knowledge of Health and Safety requirements (essential).
