About Our Community Care Worker Role

We are currently seeking skilled and dedicated individuals to join our team as Community Care Workers in Swindon. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care and support to adults in their own homes.

As a Community Care Worker, your primary responsibility will be to deliver care that is tailored to meet the unique needs and wishes of each client. This will involve assisting with daily tasks to ensure comfort and dignity, providing companionship, live-in care, promoting independence, medication support, and specialist clinical care.

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 6 months of professional care experience or experience caring for a loved one in the UK, with the ability to assist clients with limited mobility comfortably. A valid driver's licence and reliable access to a personal vehicle are also essential.

We offer a competitive salary range of £13.70-£19.89 per hour, depending on shift and role, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow and develop your skills.
