We are seeking an experienced Social Services Professional to join our team on a locum basis. With a focus on delivering high-quality care and support, you will work closely with service users, families, and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Locum Social Worker to take on a new challenge, working with a dynamic team to provide exceptional services to our clients. You will be responsible for assessing needs, developing plans, and implementing interventions to improve the well-being of service users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Work collaboratively with service users, families, and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes
  • Deliver high-quality social work services, ensuring the safety and well-being of service users
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements

Salary: £55 per hour (assignment rate)

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, or equivalent qualification
  • Current registration with the Social Work England register
  • Significant frontline experience as a qualified Social Worker in Social Services within the UK
