We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Care Professional to join our team at Jane Lewis in Durham.   • Providing expert nursing care to patients with learning disabilities
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Participating in regular risk assessments and contributing to the implementation of safety protocols
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a minimum of 6 months' experience working with adults with learning disabilities.
