We are seeking a dedicated and organised Administrator to join our Assessments Team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or experienced administrators looking to take their career to the next level.

About QA Limited: QA is a leading provider of higher education services, working with universities and colleges across the UK to deliver a range of programmes from foundation level to undergraduate and postgraduate degrees.

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and flexible individual to support our Assessment Team in London. As an Assessment Support Officer, you will be responsible for assisting with test set up, invigilation, archiving, and completing spreadsheets and forms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist with test administration and relevant administrative tasks
  • To travel to other centres to support assessment activities

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with good IT, Word, and Excel skills, as well as excellent communication and organisational abilities. You should also be flexible and able to work occasional Saturdays if required.

Benefits:

This is a full-time maternity contract position (12 months) with a competitive salary of around £25,000-£30,000 per annum. You will also receive hybrid working opportunities and be part of a dynamic team that values diversity and inclusion.
