Role Overview

This opportunity sits within our Dog Intake team, where you will be responsible for coordinating the calls and enquiries received to the intake lines, answering questions, and explaining Battersea's intake policies and procedures to customers.

You will ensure that animals are scheduled and brought into Battersea efficiently and in line with operational requirements, with support from Intake Team Leaders. We are looking for someone to deliver a high quality of customer service and support over the telephone to customers, whilst adhering to our vulnerable people and safeguarding policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate intake calls and enquiries
  • Answer customer questions and provide information on intake policies and procedures
  • Schedule animals for intake and ensure efficient processing
  • Work closely with Intake Team Leaders to achieve operational requirements
