HR Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team at The Work Shop. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing professional HR support and leadership to our Board of Directors and acquired companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise management teams on HR policies and procedures.
  • Develop, revise, and standardize HR policies across all subsidiaries.
  • Ensure HR programs comply with established policies and procedures and UK employment laws/regulations.
  • Conduct audits and work with company Directors to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Build relationships with company Directors and senior staff through regular contact and sporadic visits.
  • Assist with recruitment, provide HR documentation, and maintain secure, up-to-date HR data.
  • Collaborate with the holding company to develop a unified business culture across all businesses.
Requirements:
  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager or similar level.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice and the ability to apply this knowledge.
  • Educational background in HR and ideally CIPD qualified.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and responsive individual.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Driving licence and access to transport due to the location of businesses.
  • Ideally based in the South East of England.
