We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team at The Work Shop. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing professional HR support and leadership to our Board of Directors and acquired companies.
Key Responsibilities:- Advise management teams on HR policies and procedures.
- Develop, revise, and standardize HR policies across all subsidiaries.
- Ensure HR programs comply with established policies and procedures and UK employment laws/regulations.
- Conduct audits and work with company Directors to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Build relationships with company Directors and senior staff through regular contact and sporadic visits.
- Assist with recruitment, provide HR documentation, and maintain secure, up-to-date HR data.
- Collaborate with the holding company to develop a unified business culture across all businesses.
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or similar level.
- Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice and the ability to apply this knowledge.
- Educational background in HR and ideally CIPD qualified.
- Flexible, adaptable, and responsive individual.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
- Driving licence and access to transport due to the location of businesses.
- Ideally based in the South East of England.
