The successful candidate will be working on a major construction project, circa £75M, involving the delivery of construction on an existing prison campus. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities- Monitoring the completion of IM Gateway forms across all tenders to ensure assurance procedures are fulfilled.
- Ensuring the use of the common data environment to manage, share, and exchange information, adhering to ISO 19650 standards.
- Promoting digital strategies across the business and projects, providing feedback to the Senior Digital Construction Manager.
- Contributing to monthly reports to identify and measure digital implementation within the business unit and across projects.
- Raising awareness and the profile of digital implementation within the business unit and project functional departments.
- Good understanding of the ISO 19650 series of documents.
- Ability to discuss openBIM standards, such as IFC and COBie, to support information interoperability.
- Understanding and experience of software tools to view and interrogate models.
- Proficient skills in standard Microsoft Office 365.
