Project Overview

We are a direct delivery specialist contractor for both the water industry and the broader water environment, holding 29 frameworks and working with most of the UK's water companies and the Environment Agency.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver client projects in a highly collaborative and proactive manner, ensuring work is completed within clearly defined budgets and timescales.
  • Plan effectively from pre-construction to post-construction, adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Oversee Project and Site Coordinators, providing guidance as needed.
  • Act as Principal Contractor on behalf of the company, ensuring the correct management of subcontractors.
  • Liaise effectively with the Commercial and support teams to control project finances.

Requirements and Benefits

  • Extensive experience in delivering civil projects.
  • Ability to manage projects in a direct delivery model.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with a variety of people.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Excel and Project.
  • Salary: Circa £48k-£52k per annum, depending on experience.
  • Company car or car allowance.
