As a Digital Construction Manager, you will play a crucial role in empowering teams with advanced tools and technology, supporting every phase of project delivery. Your initial focus will be on a high-profile, £75M construction project within the public sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and complete Information Management (IM) Gateway forms across project tenders, ensuring alignment with assurance protocols and evaluating the design team's capabilities.
  • Ensure adherence to ISO 19650 by managing, sharing, and exchanging information within the common data environment for all project stakeholders.
  • Drive and promote digital strategies across teams, providing actionable feedback to the Senior Digital Construction Manager and maintaining documentation.
  • Compile monthly reports to measure digital adoption across the business, ensuring consistent progress and continuous improvement.
  • Champion a digital-first culture across project teams, including design, commercial, operations, planning, and SHEQ, enhancing collaboration and boosting digital competency across all departments.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficiency with ISO 19650 standards.
  • Solid understanding of openBIM standards, including IFC and COBie, to support interoperability.
  • Experienced in digital tools for model viewing and interrogation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
