Project Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our civil projects team in Morpeth. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering client projects within clearly defined budgets and timescales.

  • Salary: Circa £48k-£52k per annum, depending on experience.
  • Company car or car allowance.
  • Opportunities for training and advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate projects from pre-construction to post-construction.
  • Oversee Project and Site Coordinators, providing guidance as needed.
  • Act as Principal Contractor, ensuring the correct management of subcontractors.
  • Liaise with Commercial and support teams to control project finances.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in delivering civil projects.
  • Ability to manage projects in a direct delivery model.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence.
  • Strong communication and IT skills.
