Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Coordinator to join our team at Stonbury. As a Site Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the delivery of our Water Frameworks projects, ensuring the smooth running of all jobs on site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make pre-construction site visits to understand site set up requirements and ensure compliance with Stonbury's Anti-Theft Policy.
  • Assist with updating the project programme and liaise with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials and plant.
  • Utilize the Client Portal to keep clients informed of on-site progress and provide regular updates.
  • Liaise with the commercial team to manage early warnings and compensation events.
  • Conduct site inspections, complete relevant documentation, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Monitor and manage sub-contractors and specialist contractors to ensure they are working to the RAMs provided and relevant permits.

Requirements

  • Experience of assisting with the management of all aspects of a project from start to finish.
  • Able to use an iPad to read technical documents such as Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and COSHH Documents.
  • Comfortable with entering confined spaces and accessing works on a construction site.
  • Hold a current CSCS Card (ideally Gold Supervisor Card) and SSSTS or SMSTS as a minimum.
