Senior Leadership Pharmacist

Zest Scientific is seeking a highly experienced Senior Leadership Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy division and driving business performance.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in senior positions, managing large teams and overseeing operational activities within private practice or the NHS. You will also have a strong commercial focus, with a desire to grow the business while overseeing operations.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £95,000 - £115,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership of multiple pharmacies, including staff, operations, and regulatory compliance.
  • Team management, fostering a culture of excellence, engagement, and passion for purpose.
  • Quality assurance and control, including optimisation of processes and meeting SLAs.
