Pharmacist Leadership Position

We are seeking a senior clinical pharmacist to lead the Planned Medicine team at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. The ideal candidate will have expertise in clinical pharmacy services, including developing pharmacy services, ensuring safe prescribing and monitoring of specialist drugs, and driving quality improvement.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical pharmacy, with experience in leading teams and managing budgets. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Planned Medicine team in developing pharmacy services to optimise patient care
* Ensure safe prescribing and monitoring of specialist drugs
* Drive quality improvement and implement cost-saving plans
* Deliver pharmacist-led outpatient clinics and multidisciplinary teams safely and effectively
Requirements
* Registered Pharmacist MRPharmS
* Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or Pharmacy Practice
* Registered independent prescriber or willingness to complete
Salary and Benefits
