Job Overview
Rota Support Ltd is seeking an experienced support worker to join our team in Norwich. As a support worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals with learning disabilities in a residential setting. You will work ad-hoc shifts that may accumulate into full-time or part-time hours and will be required to cover gaps in our clients' rotas due to annual leave, maternity leave, sickness and vacancies.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, household chores and administering medication. You will also be responsible for managing finances and providing emotional support to our clients. A good understanding of spoken and written English is essential for this role as you will be communicating with clients and other professionals on a regular basis.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12-15 per hour and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
