About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Relief Support Worker. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support to our service users, helping them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking and cleaning, to promote independence and well-being.
  • Administer medication and provide personal care to ensure the physical and emotional needs of our service users are met.
  • Engage in manual handling and lifting to support our service users with mobility and transfer needs.
  • Conduct regular checks on our service users to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Complete administrative tasks, such as recording and reporting, to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Manage challenging behaviours in a calm and professional manner, using de-escalation techniques to resolve conflicts.

Requirements
  • A basic IT ability to effectively use digital tools and systems.
