Resort Experience Coordinator

The Guest Services Manager is a pivotal position at Butlin's, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests throughout their stay. This role requires a proactive approach to problem prevention, ensuring seamless experiences for our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead problem prevention initiatives across the resort, collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive excellence.
- Support the Guest Services team in resolving guest issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Attend peak training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and enhance team performance.
- Coach and develop the Guest Services team, fostering an environment that encourages growth and exceptional service delivery.
- Contribute to recruitment and planning efforts within the department, ensuring adequate staffing and resource allocation.
- Manage rosters and budgets for the Guest Services team, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
- Develop and implement reward and recognition programs to motivate the Guest Services team and promote a culture of excellence.
