Resort Experience Manager

The Guest Services Manager is a key position at Butlin's, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the resort. This role requires a strong leader who can oversee the Guest Services team and ensure seamless interactions with guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and address potential issues that may impact guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for enhancing the guest experience
- Provide coaching and development opportunities for the Guest Services team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service
- Manage and control budgets and rosters for the Guest Services team
- Develop and implement recognition and reward programs to motivate and engage the team
