We offer a supportive working environment, opportunities for career development, and a competitive salary of £25,500 - £29,300 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

  • Social Support: Engaging individuals with their communities through planned outings and activities.
  • Medical Support: Monitoring and administering medication.
  • Practical Support: Encouraging individuals to maintain their tenancy through daily household tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist individuals with daily living tasks.
  2. Monitor and administer medication.
  3. Plan and attend outings with individuals.

Salary: £25,500 - £29,300 per annum
