Join Our Team as a SEN Teaching Assistant

We are excited to announce an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and vibrant primary school As a member of our school community, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in both classroom and intervention settings.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our pupils. You will work closely with experienced teachers and support staff to develop tailored educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our pupils. Our school is committed to providing a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment for all pupils and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
* Providing high-quality support to pupils with SEN in classroom and intervention settings
* Assisting teachers in planning and delivering personalized educational programs
* Developing positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
* Collaborating with colleagues to create inclusive learning environments

Requirements:
* Good standard of Literacy and Numeracy
* Previous experience in supporting children with SEND, including 1-to-1 support
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexibly and be part of a supportive team
