Job Description:

We are looking for experienced SEN teaching assistants to provide individualized support to pupils with various needs in a classroom setting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be patient and calm in challenging situations, and have good behaviour management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist pupils with various needs in a classroom setting

  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff as needed
  • Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Experience working with SEN students

  • Resilience and willingness to take on challenges
  • Ability to work well within a team

Compensation and Benefits:
