We are looking for a skilled Manufacturing Process Expert to join our team at The Collective Network Limited. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with design and manufacturing engineers to develop and implement manufacturing processes that meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

This is a newly formed position within the company, offering a unique opportunity to make a real impact on our operations. You will have full buy-in from both the head of design and head of manufacturing, ensuring your ideas and contributions are valued and implemented.

A generous £70,000 - £90,000 per annum salary package is on offer, including a comprehensive benefits package, including bonus scheme, healthcare, pension, and free lunch.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in production/manufacturing engineering with composites
  • Strong CAD skills, including tooling and CAE experience
