Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

About the Role: As a Manufacturing Engineer with Hunter Selection's client, you will play a critical role in optimizing manufacturing processes and improving efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with the team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions, utilizing your knowledge of PFMEA and other process optimization tools. Key Responsibilities:
  • To lead the development and implementation of process improvements.
  • To collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
  • To analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of PFMEA and other process optimization tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
