About the Role

Wabtec Corporation is a leading global provider of equipment, systems, digital solutions, and value-added services for freight and transit rail. We are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our Northampton-based team.

The successful candidate will have relevant manufacturing/engineering degree or equivalent NVQ level 3 qualification and experience with FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis), Kaizen/A3 (continuous improvement and problem solving) process improvement, and Poka Yoke (error proofing) techniques.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including life assurance, pension scheme, and generous annual leave allowance.
