About the Role

As a Support Worker at 1st Homecare, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with daily living tasks, including domestic services, social support, personal care, medication management, and meal preparation.

You will work in shared supported living properties and individual tenancies, providing one-to-one support to people with varying levels of need.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, flexibility, and a passion for supporting others, while adhering to detailed support plans and collaborating effectively with our team.
