Marketing Operations Director

Häfele UK Ltd is looking for a Marketing Operations Director to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the marketing operations function and ensuring that all marketing activities are aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Defining the Customer Marketing Strategy for your assigned market segments, including identifying new opportunities and initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement
- Leading on market segment relevant marketing activity, including events, literature, PR, advertising, sales support, email, digital activities, and hospitality
- Working closely with the wider teams in eCommerce, creative, 3rd parties, digital teams and category teams to ensure a collaborative and aligned delivery of your plan
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, specifically in ecommerce trading, and will possess excellent English communication skills, organisation and collaboration skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks to a high standard.
The role offers a competitive salary of £65,000 per annum, annual bonus, car, and a range of benefits including holiday entitlement, healthcare, pension scheme, life insurance, and learning and development opportunities.
