Residential Care Home Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our residential care home in the Tamworth area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing care homes for older people, particularly those with dementia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality person-centered care
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
  • Develop and implement effective staff management strategies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve outstanding care outcomes

Requirements:

  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or equivalent
  • Prior experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in older people or dementia care homes
  • Strong staff management and leadership skills
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and health and social care legislation

What We Offer:
