We are seeking an experienced Council Tax Enforcement Specialist to join our team in Basildon, Essex. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling council tax recovery calls, processing payments, and managing enforcement actions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Handle high volumes of council tax recovery calls, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
