About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Child Development Specialist in our Educational Psychology Service (EPS) at Essex County Council.

You will have the chance to work in one of our four quadrants: North, Mid, West, or South, supporting children and young people in various settings.

A key aspect of this role is collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting children and young people.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £42,422 to £61,848, plus SPA, and a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional growth.

Requirements
  • A Doctorate or Masters degree in Professional Educational Psychology.
  • Registration with the HCPC as a practitioner psychologist.
  • Commitment to applying psychology to make a difference in the lives of children and young people in Essex.
