Taxation Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced taxation specialist to join our team as Head of Global Tax Compliance. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's global tax strategy, ensuring compliance with all tax regulations and legislation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversight and development of the Group's tax strategy
- Leading tax planning and compliance, considering future business strategy, group policy, and local regulations
- Providing oversight, advice, and support on all tax-related matters worldwide
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical tax background, preferably at Senior Manager/Director level in Big 4 or a similarly senior tax position 'in-house'. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent technical knowledge and experience of achieving meaningful tax efficiency savings.
We offer a competitive salary of £120,000 - £180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including holiday, health & wellbeing program, employee recognition awards, social events, and hybrid working.
