About the Role:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Contact Lens Optician to join our team at Specsavers Wednesfield. The successful candidate will be responsible for dispensing contact lenses, ensuring good levels of customer service, and liaising with Optometrists to provide a seamless customer experience.

Job Description:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
  • Liaise with Optometrists to ensure a consistent quality handover to customers
  • Manage aftersales service in a customer-focused manner
