We are seeking an ambitious and outstanding educator to join our team as a teacher at SLADE PRIMARY SCHOOL.

This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of young people, working within a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide leadership release cover across the school for four days a week and also work one day per week to provide cover for a teacher in Year One.

This position requires someone with teaching skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach students in Year One with the ability to inspire and motivate them.
  • Provide leadership release cover across the school.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £50,000 per annum, reflecting the value we place on our educators. Additionally, we provide professional development opportunities through training, mentoring, and progression.
