Job Title: Learning Support Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Learning Support Professional. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a family-friendly Primary - Sixth form provision that offers a supportive and inclusive environment for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
About the Role:
- To provide 1:1 or small group support to students with Visual Impairment, ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, or other SEND.
- To work collaboratively with teachers and staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
- To use assistive technology and other specialist resources to support student learning.
Requirements:
- Experience supporting children with SEND is highly desirable.
- Patient, reliable, and adaptable with a compassionate and supportive attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to collaborate with teachers and staff effectively.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of approximately £95.29 per hour (umbrella company rate). We also offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.
